Array-based profiling of the lymphoma cell DNA methylome does not unequivocally distinguish primary lymphomas of the central nervous system from non-CNS diffuse large B-cell lymphomas

Genome wide DNA methylation profiling of 26 primary central nervous system lymphomas (PCNSL). The Illumina Infinium HumanMethylation 450 BeadChip was used to obtain DNA methylation profiles across approximately 450,000 CpGs in PCNSL samples. Bisulphite converted DNA from 26 PCNSL samples were hybridized to the Illumina Infinium HumanMethylation450 BeadChip. This dataset also includes the re-analysis of existing GEO Samples (see Average_Betas_re-analyzed_detpval0.01.txt, at the foot of this record).
