This dataset supports the publication “High-Throughput Mechanical Characterization of Giant Unilamellar Vesicles by Real-Time Deformability Cytometry”. [1]It includes simulation results, RT-DC measurements of DOPC and SM/Chol vesicles, and a Jupyter notebook implementing three model-based fitting strategies (direct, collective, and combined) to extract the surface dilational modulus K from experimental data.The simulation results are based on a phase-field model capturing the deformation–area relationship of fluid lipid vesicles. Experimental data are provided as .tsv and .rtdc files, including datasets at multiple flow rates.The notebook reproduces the main results of the associated publication and enables application of the method to new datasets.
