The development plan Bergedorf 81 for the area north of the Rothenhauschaussee between Curslacker Heerweg and the state border (district of Bergedorf, district 603) is established. The area shall be limited as follows: Rothenhauschaussee — west and north boundary of parcel 3785, northern boundary of parcels 4096, 2854, 5704, 2856, 2857, 2858, 2859, 5882, east boundary of parcel 5882, northern boundaries of parcels 5349 and 5350, over parcel 4472, north borders of parcels 2862, 5821, 5822, over parcel 1506, west and north boundary of parcel 5873, northern boundary of parcels 5348, 2866, 4520, 4521, 5367 and 2869, over parcel 1506, west and north boundary of parcel 3362, northern boundary of parcels 3440, 3441, 3442, 3443 and 3444, north-west borders of parcels 3729 and 4106, north and east boundary of parcel 4106, over the parcel 1758, north and east border of parcel 3692, eastern boundary of parcel 5699, over parcel 1758, north borders of parcels 3691, 4194, 4082, 4083 and 3683, over the parcel 1758 of the area Bergedorf — state border.已确立针对库斯拉赫克军用公路（Curslacker Heerweg）与州界之间、罗滕豪斯大街（Rothenhauschaussee）北侧区域的贝尔格多夫81号开发计划（Bergedorf 81），该区域隶属于贝尔格多夫区（district of Bergedorf）603分区。该区域的边界划定如下：以罗滕豪斯大街为3785号地块的西侧与北侧边界、4096、2854、5704、2856、2857、2858、2859、5882号地块的北侧边界，以及5882号地块的东侧边界；途经4472号地块后，依次为5349号与5350号地块的北侧边界、2862、5821、5822号地块的北侧边界；途经1506号地块后，依次为5873号地块的西侧与北侧边界、5348、2866、4520、4521、5367与2869号地块的北侧边界；再次途经1506号地块后，依次为3362号地块的西侧与北侧边界、3440、3441、3442、3443与3444号地块的北侧边界；以3729号与4106号地块的西北侧边界、4106号地块的北侧与东侧边界为后续区段；途经1758号地块后，依次为3692号地块的北侧与东侧边界、5699号地块的东侧边界；再次途经1758号地块后，依次为3691、4194、4082、4083与3683号地块的北侧边界；最终途经贝尔格多夫片区内的1758号地块，直至州界。
