An AI-Assisted Multicriteria Analysis of Corporate Sustainability Reports_prompts2&3

The data used in the study (CIRCULAR ECONOMY DISCLOSURE IN THE OIL AND GAS SECTOR: A GENERATIVE ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND MULTICRITERIA ASSESSMENT OF CORPORATE SUSTAINABILITY REPORTS) were derived from publicly available corporate sustainability reports. Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) prompts were developed to extract, translate and analyze information from these reports. The analytical outputs included evidence logs, thematic matrices, analytical justifications, narrative summaries and aggregated tables.

Data collection and analysis procedures were embedded in the GenAI prompts designed for this study. The resulting outputs consisted primarily of processed tabular data derived from the sustainability reports, which were subsequently translated and used to generate graphical representations using Microsoft Excel. Finally, all datasets and analytical outputs generated from Prompts 2 and 3 were systematically organized in structured folders and subfolders as presented here.
