This dataset contains the raw and processed data used in the study titled <i>"Bridging Self-directed Learning and Competency in Interdisciplinary Teaching Among STEM Lecturers: How Psychological Capital Connects."</i> The data were collected through a structured questionnaire survey administered to STEM lecturers in China-Myanmar border universities.
