The European Union’s circular economy package and other EU regulations set the course for a Europe-wide circular economy. They lead to changes in the Austrian waste management and also affect plastic waste. The report presents the EU regulations relevant to plastic waste. Five large-scale plastic waste streams are then analysed in terms of their mass, composition and environmental relevance or waste collection and treatment: Disposable tableware, used tires, hard plastics, plastic films and agricultural films.欧盟循环经济一揽子计划及其他欧盟法规为全欧范围的循环经济发展指明了方向。这些法规不仅推动了奥地利垃圾管理体系的变革，同时也对塑料废弃物治理产生了影响。本报告梳理了与塑料废弃物相关的欧盟法规。随后，报告针对五大类典型塑料废弃物流，从其体量、组分、环境影响属性以及废弃物收集与处置方式等维度展开分析：一次性餐具、废旧轮胎、硬质塑料、塑料薄膜以及农用薄膜。
