Monthly values of weather observations: Over-month

The data includes station-specific computational air temperature averages and monthly precipitations of the surface weather observation station. Statistical values calculated from measurements made at weather observation stations. The monthly air temperature value is the average of each daily average for the calendar month in question. The monthly value of precipitation is the sum of the daily accruals for the calendar month in question.本数据集包含地面气象观测站（surface weather observation station）的逐站计算空气温度平均值与月降水量数据。所有统计值均由气象观测站的实测数据计算得到。月气温值为对应日历月份内每日平均气温的算术平均值。月降水量值为对应日历月份内每日降水量的累加总和。
