Reproducibility package for "Contemporary knee osteoarthritis trials predominantly require concordant pain and structural disease: a ClinicalTrials.gov–NHANES study"

This archive contains the analysis and classifier-validation code, derived trial classifications, blinded duplicate-review and consensus-adjudication worksheets, aggregate source data underlying the manuscript figures and tables, publication figures, a data dictionary, provenance mapping, software requirements, and a checksum manifest for a registry-to-population study of knee osteoarthritis trial entry architecture. The study reused publicly available NHANES I, NHANES III, and ClinicalTrials.gov data. Raw third-party source files are not redistributed; acquisition URLs and reproduction instructions are provided in the archive.
