Raw data supporting the findings of ischemic stroke–related immune dysregulation study

This dataset contains the raw and source data supporting the conclusions of the associated manuscript.
The data include uncropped Western blot images, flow cytometry source files, quantitative analysis tables, and representative immunofluorescence images generated from in vivo and in vitro experiments.
All data were generated using standard experimental protocols and are provided to ensure transparency and reproducibility of the study.
