Relationship experience; people on the relationship between parents, 1998

Persons (sample) in the Netherlands who no longer live in the parental home about the relationship between the parents when they were still living at home, 1998. The figures in this publication are based on the 1998 Family Formation Research. The respondents consist of independently living persons aged 18 to 53 who grew up in a two parent family. Persons whose parents died when they were still living at home or who were always raised with one parent were excluded. The percentages in the table should be interpreted with caution. Especially when it comes to relatively small numbers of respondents. When interpreting the ercentages from sampling, account should be taken of the fact that the results do not have to be an exact reflection of the population from which the sample was drawn. A number of causes such as non-response and random sampling errors are the cause of this. This means that there are margins around the sampling rates. Data available only: 1998.
