This is a MongoDB database that represents the index for a semantic search application (OWIM). The index consists of a multiset of MeSH concepts for each document. The concepts are extracted via spacy <b> en_core_sci_sm</b> model and linked to MeSH via spacy entity linker. A confidence threshold of <b>0.6</b> is used during indexation process.
