Transcriptomic analysis of salivary RNA from Asthma patients and healthy individuals from UAE

The study involves differential transcriptomic analysis of RNA from asthma patients' saliva in comparison with healthy individuals collected from pulmonology department of a tertiary hospital in UAE. The study was conducted on saliva from eleven severe and seven moderate asthmatics in addition to six healthy controls.
