建立牛奶中酪蛋白检测技术,采集方案：湖北省、河南省、宁夏和内蒙自治区奶牛场采集牛奶；在湖北省奶牛性能测定中心测定MIR；在华中农业大学测定酪蛋白含量和谷氨酸含量。
Establishment of casein detection technology in milk: Collection scheme - Milk samples were collected from dairy farms in Hubei Province, Henan Province, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region; MIR measurements were conducted at the Hubei Provincial Dairy Cow Performance Testing Center; Casein content and glutamic acid content were determined at Huazhong Agricultural University.
