The eye-tracking data for the attention restoration research.The blink file contains participants' blink duration and blink rate for each 1-minute period during the two 20-min sessions of MATB task.The fixation file contains participants' fixation duration and fixation rate for each 1-minute period during the two sessions of MATB task.The pupil file contains participants' average pupil size for each 1-minute period during the two sessions of MATB task.The group ID labeled from 1 to 5 corresponds to the meditation group, the nature-video group, the music group, the AVG group, and the control group, respectively.
