The study of social phenomena shows the need for an integrated system of social indicators. The five-yearly operation Time Budget Survey (EPT) provides comprehensive information about the social habits and daily life of the population from the perspective of the use of their daily time, computing their distribution or budget- between the activities carried out over a day. The operation provides useful information for social analysis from a gender perspective and also for drawing up the Domestic Production Satellite Account of the Basque Country.社会现象研究表明，亟需构建一套整合式社会指标体系。每五年开展一次的时间预算调查（Time Budget Survey, EPT）从居民日常时间利用的视角出发，全面呈现其社会习惯与日常生活状态，并核算一日内各项活动的时间分配与时间预算情况。该调查可为性别视角下的社会分析提供详实数据支撑，同时也可用于编制巴斯克地区的国内生产卫星账户（Domestic Production Satellite Account）。
