Data for: A re-evaluation of Atlantic bluefin tuna (Thunnus thynnus) spawning distribution in the western Atlantic Ocean

This dataset was developed for the manuscript: "A re-evaluation of Atlantic bluefin tuna (Thunnus thynnus) spawning distribution in the western Atlantic Ocean" in Progress in Oceanography. The first dataset contains information on the catch of Atlantic bluefin tuna on exploratory longline cruises in the western Atlantic and the associated reproductive analyses if they were done. The second dataset contains information on Atlantic bluefin tuna larval catch on >35,000 plankton tows made in the western Atlantic since the 1960s. An extensive writeup of the field and laboratory sampling that underlies each of these datasets is available in two Appendices that accompany the above publication.本数据集为刊载于《Progress in Oceanography》（《海洋学进展》）的论文《大西洋西部蓝鳍金枪鱼（*Thunnus thynnus*）产卵分布再评估》配套编制。 第一数据集收录西大西洋探捕延绳钓航次的大西洋蓝鳍金枪鱼渔获数据，以及随附的相关生殖生物学分析（若已开展）。 第二数据集收录自20世纪60年代以来，在西大西洋开展的超35000次浮游生物拖网所获取的大西洋蓝鳍金枪鱼幼体渔获数据。 支撑上述两份数据集的野外与实验室采样详细说明，已收录于该论文附带的两篇附录中。
