Data for: Chronic radiation exposure as an ecological factor: hypermethylation and genetic differentiation in irradiated Scots pine populations

Each file is a .fsa data format file containing information from ABI Prism Genetic Analyzer 3130xl using the internal size-standard Evrogen S450 (fluorescent dye LIZ). Each file contains the AFLP-profile of one experimental tree; the tree codes with information of the level of radiation exposure are given in Supplementary materials of the article.所有文件均为.fsa数据格式文件，内含源自ABI Prism 3130xl型基因分析仪（ABI Prism Genetic Analyzer 3130xl）的检测数据，该分析采用内部分子量标准Evrogen S450（荧光染料LIZ）。每个文件对应一株实验树木的扩增片段长度多态性（Amplified Fragment Length Polymorphism，AFLP）图谱；标注有辐射暴露水平信息的树木编码已刊载于本文的补充材料中。
