Data and scripts for: On Thermalization in a Nonlinear Variant of the Discrete NLS Equation

This deposit contains the data and scripts associated with the manuscript “On Thermalization in a Nonlinear Variant of the Discrete NLS Equation” (Kati et al.). Version 1 contains the raw numerical data used to generate Figures 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, and 7. Version 2 adds the data, scripts, and analytic-method documentation for Figure 8. Version 3 adds the data for Figure 4, which shows the probability distribution p(A) of the local amplitudes A = |b_l|^2 at fixed average norm density <A> = 0.25, with panels (a) D = 0.25 and (b) D = 2. This updated version replaces the Figure 4(b) data files for the D = 2 panel, keeping the same filenames as in the previous version. The updated data extend the amplitude range from A_max = 3 to A_max = 100, allowing the distributions to be represented more clearly in plots shown up to A = 20.
