OpenMind2D是一个从OpenMind数据集衍生的二维医学成像数据集，包含335,754个来自3D脑部MRI体积数据的二维切片，涵盖三个解剖学方向（轴位、矢状位、冠状位）。数据集包含多种MRI类型，如T1w、T2w、FLAIR、DWI等，以及19种以上的额外MRI类型。每个切片的分辨率为256×256像素，格式为JPEG，整个数据集大小约为11.7GB，分为训练集（70%）、验证集（20%）和测试集（10%）。
OpenMind2D is a two-dimensional medical imaging dataset derived from the OpenMind dataset, containing 335,754 2D slices from 3D brain MRI volume data, covering three anatomical orientations (axial, sagittal, coronal). The dataset includes various MRI types such as T1w, T2w, FLAIR, DWI, and more than 19 additional MRI types. Each slice has a resolution of 256×256 pixels, in JPEG format, with the entire dataset size being approximately 11.7GB, split into training set (70%), validation set (20%), and test set (10%).
