This dataset includes the first chromosome-level genome assembly and annotation of the predatory stink bug <i>Eocanthecona furcellata</i>, generated using PacBio HiFi long-reads and Hi-C sequencing. It encompasses raw sequencing data, a high-quality genome assembly (1.065 Gb, 8 chromosomes), and comprehensive annotations of protein-coding genes (20,134), transposable elements (70.6% of the genome), and noncoding RNAs. Comparative genomic analyses with 12 other insect species (e.g., <i>Arma custos</i>, <i>Nezara viridula</i>)
