The deposited files document the reanalysis workflow and include processed transcriptomic, phenotypic, sequence, co-expression, enrichment, ortholog, allele-diversity, and genomic-context data used for the manuscript analyses. Raw public GEO, NCBI, and published supplementary datasets are not redistributed and should be obtained from their original sources.
