Transfer Development Right Program Sites

For more information about this layer please see the GIS Data Catalog. Points show locations of TDR sending and receiving sites. Sending sites have had unused development potential transferred away, and the sites are protected by conservation easements. Receiving sites have accepted transferred development rights and as a result have more units (or square footage) than base zoning density would allow without the use of TDRs.
