The Infrastructure Area focused on the development of a unique road network of the CMM: any maintenance, programme and management assessment could not be disregarded by a single and formalised basis relating to the road network within the competence of the body. The growing dynamism of the metropolitan city territory, with particular attention to the infrastructures of the transport network, requires an effective and efficient strategy, as well as with low economic impact, to provide the body and the citizen with accurate and up-to-date information. Therefore, it was necessary to meet standard data quality criteria with particular attention to currency, which defines the measure of the degree of updating of the information. Operationally, the elaboration of the information layer relating to the metropolitan road network has been divided into three phases: • identification of sources; • implementation of the updated and approved information base at the time of release (t=0); • process of constant updating of the information base (t > 0). Implementation of the information base relating to the road network The new map base is the synthesis of four sources and incorporates the genealogy of each element, be it geometric or properly informative. Every original item has been specially renamed by adding to it a prefix such as to unequivocally identify its provenance: • dbt_ <original items name> DB REGIONAL topographic • stn_ <original items name> STRADENET • osm_<original items name> OSM • cmm_<original items name> INTERNAL CARTOGRAFIA of Metropolitan City of Milan基础设施领域聚焦于米兰都会市（CMM）特色道路路网的建设：针对该管理主体权责范围内的道路路网，任何维护、项目及管理评估均需依托统一且规范化的流程开展，不得遗漏。 都会城市辖区的活力日益提升，尤其在交通路网基础设施领域，亟需制定兼具高效性、经济性且低经济成本的策略，以便向管理主体与市民提供精准且实时的信息。 因此，需满足标准数据质量准则，尤其需关注时效性（currency）——时效性即衡量信息更新程度的核心指标。 从实操层面而言，都会道路路网相关信息图层的构建分为三个阶段： • 数据源识别； • 发布时刻（t=0）下经更新与核准的信息库搭建； • 信息库的持续更新流程（t>0）。 道路路网信息库的搭建 新的地图底版整合了四类数据源，并涵盖所有要素（无论几何要素还是信息属性要素）的溯源信息。所有原始要素均通过添加专属前缀完成重命名，以明确标识其来源： • dbt_<原始要素名称> 区域地形数据库（DB REGIONAL topographic） • stn_<原始要素名称> 道路路网数据库（STRADENET） • osm_<原始要素名称> 开放街道地图（OSM） • cmm_<原始要素名称> 米兰都会市内部制图库（INTERNAL CARTOGRAFIA of Metropolitan City of Milan）
