Effect of SLC25A1 knockdown on gene expression during differentiation of human airway basal cells

To investigate the role of mitochondrial citrate export in differentiation of airway basal cells, we knocked down SLC25A1, the gene encoding mitochondrial citrate carrier. Overall design: We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 5 donors at three time points. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for human airway basal cells and its SLC25A1 knockdown derivative (shSLC25A1)
