This dataset contains raw Sanger sequencing chromatogram files (.ab1) for mitochondrial Cyt b, COI, TYR and nuclear POMC, TYR markers from Pelophylax chosenicus populations sampled in South Korea and China. Data were generated to investigate phylogenetic relationships and population genetic structure.
