National Audit of Care at the End of Life: Round Four

The National Audit of Care at the End of Life is a national comparative audit of the quality and outcomes of care experienced by the dying person and those important to them during the last admission leading to death in England and Wales. This report focusses on care delivered within acute and community hospitals. Data for all elements of the audit was collected between June and October 2022.全国终末期照护审计（National Audit of Care at the End of Life）是一项面向英格兰与威尔士地区的全国性对比审计，旨在评估临终患者及其重要关联人员在临终前末次住院诊疗期间所获得的照护质量与照护结局。本报告聚焦于急性病医院与社区医院内提供的照护服务。本次审计所有维度的数据采集工作均于2022年6月至10月期间完成。
