The main aim of this project is generating a proof-of-concept that SDN-1 gene-editing can deliver enhanced adult plant resistance (APR) or implement new sources of broad-spectrum resistance to rust diseases in wheat. \n\nGRDC metadata collection for project is found in "Read me" file. See supporting documentation.
本项目的核心目标是构建概念验证体系，证实SDN-1基因编辑可赋予小麦增强型成株抗性（Adult Plant Resistance, APR），或为小麦抗锈病引入全新的广谱抗性资源。
