Survey Instrument on Inter-Municipal Cooperation in Solid Waste Management in Latin America – English Version

This document contains the full English version of a structured survey instrument used to gather data on inter-municipal cooperation and waste governance in Latin American municipalities. The survey was designed for municipal officials involved in solid waste management and includes sections on collection, classification, final disposal, governance structures, budgeting, and sustainability indicators.

The data gathered informed a fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis (QCA) of governance configurations and sustainability outcomes. The English version was used for pre-testing, dissemination to international partners, and documentation. It is deposited here to enable transparency, replication, and reuse by researchers, policymakers, or practitioners interested in municipal cooperation and sustainable waste management.
