This data is collected from digital publishing and related policy texts published between 2018 and 2022 through provincial government portals and the ‘Beida Faber’ database, while ensuring that data on the cultural digital innovation index, economic base and government capacity are available from authoritative sources such as the China Statistical Yearbook. At the same time, it ensures that data such as cultural digital innovation index, economic foundation and government capacity can be obtained from authoritative sources such as China Statistical Yearbook, etc. The final data analysis results are obtained after screening.
