Genotyping datasets of 15 Algerian and 10 Tunisian landraces, for publication in Hammami et al, in prep in Plos One entitled “Phylogenetic relationships and genetic diversity of Tunisian maize landraces”. 1) Raw fluorescent intensity dataset 50K array used for allelic frequency prediction for 25 maize landraces at 23,656 SNPs 2) Allelic frequencies matrix of B allele for 25 maize landraces at 23,656 SNPs obtained by applying a two-step approach described in Arca et al., 2021, Frontiers in Plant Science (doi:10.3389/fpls.2020.568699) on raw fluorescent intensity dataset with a predictive model calibrated with datasets and scripts from this paper (doi: 10.15454/GANJ7J) 3) Modified Roger’s Distance (MRD) between 166 maize landraces (doi: 10.15454/D4JTKB) and 25 Algerian and Tunisian landraces estimated from genotyping data (Rogers, 1973).
