Effect of retro-walking in the management of knee osteoarthritis : A randomized clinical trial

The present study is to find the effect of retro-walking in management of knee osteoarthritis. The results are calculated using KOOS and NPRS scores which will be further analyzed statistically using various tests. Comparison will be done between the baseline, 15th and 30th day KOOS and NPRS scores of both retro and forward walking group. It is believed that retro-walking is more beneficial than forward walking in decreasing pain, increasing knee muscular strength and improving functional ability.
