Whole genome resequencing of Indian wheat landraces

The work has been done under a multi institutional project, Germplasm characterization and trait discovery in wheat using genomics approaches and its integration for improving climate resilience, productivity and nutritional quality. Total 84 landraces collected throughout India have been identified in this study. Total genomic DNA has been isolated from leaf tissues. The whole genome sequencing has been performed using Illumina NovaSeq6000 platform.
