Replication data for, "Predicting European Cities' Climate Mitigation Performance using Machine Learning." Contains three files: a readme.rtf, which includes descriptions for variables, and two data files that contain data for European cities that participate in the EU Covenant of Mayors for Climate and Energy (eucom_annual_predictions_progress_final.csv) and for other local administrative units in Europe (external_cities_annual_predictions_progress_final.csv).
