Regional spatial planning programme for the Greater Braunschweig region 2008 — Transport (rail transport) — Priority and reservation area Stop point

This data set contains the priority and reservation areas “Haltepunkt” according to the drawing presentation of the Regional Spatial Planning Programme for the Greater Braunschweig region as amended in 2008. The statutes on the establishment of the Regional Spatial Planning Programme for the Greater Braunschweig Region 2008 were adopted on 20 December 2007 by the Association Assembly of the Zweckverband Großraum Braunschweig. Pursuant to Section 8(6) of the Lower Saxony Law on Spatial Planning and Land Planning (NROG), as amended by 7 June 2007 (Nds. GVBl. P. 223), the Lower Saxony Ministry of Food, Agriculture, Consumer Protection and Regional Development — Government Representative Braunschweig — as the supreme regional planning authority, has the Regional Spatial Planning Programme 2008 for the Greater Braunschweig region with a decree of 30 April 2008 — ref.: RV BS 1.4-20303/ZGB2008 approved. The Regional Planning Programme 2008 for the Greater Braunschweig will enter into force on 1 June 2008. The 2008 Regional Spatial Planning Programme sets out the desired spatial and structural development of the greater Braunschweig area. The districts of Braunschweig, Salzgitter and Wolfsburg include the districts of Gifhorn, Goslar, Helmstedt, Peine and Wolfenbüttel.本数据集收录依据2008年修订版《大不伦瑞克都会区（Greater Braunschweig）区域空间规划方案》图纸所界定的优先区域与预留区域“停靠点（Haltepunkt）”。 2008年大不伦瑞克都会区区域空间规划方案的制定规程，于2007年12月20日经大不伦瑞克区域专项联合体（Zweckverband Großraum Braunschweig）代表大会审议通过。根据2007年6月7日修订的《下萨克森州空间规划与土地规划法（NROG）》（收录于《下萨克森州政府公报》Nds. GVBl. P. 223）第8条第6款，作为最高区域规划主管部门的下萨克森州食品、农业、消费者保护与区域发展部——不伦瑞克政府代表处——已于2008年4月30日以政令形式核准《大不伦瑞克都会区2008年区域空间规划方案》（文件编号：RV BS 1.4-20303/ZGB2008）。该方案将于2008年6月1日正式生效。2008年区域空间规划方案明确了大不伦瑞克都会区预期的空间与结构发展路径。规划覆盖的行政区域包含不伦瑞克、萨尔茨吉特与沃尔夫斯堡所辖的吉夫霍恩、戈斯拉尔、黑尔姆施泰特、佩讷及沃尔芬比特尔各郡。
