Inpatient medication chart record data

The deidentified data was collected from Princess Margaret Hospital (PMH) in June 2013 as part of a retrospective cross-sectional study. Specifically, data from inpatient medication chart records was collected regarding patients admitted to the hospital during the second week of February 2013.
