Study on the colonization of microorganisms in the garlic rhizosphere

Various PCPRs were added to the garlic rhizosphere. After several days of cultivation, samples from the garlic rhizosphere were collected and sent to Guangzhou Meige Gene for metagenomic sequencing. Sequencing was conducted using the Illumina HiSeq 2500 high-throughput sequencing platform with PE150 sequencing. The types of self-selected strains of garlic and the colonization ratios of each strain were then observed. The functional metabolic map and expression profile of the entire community were presented more comprehensively and precisely at the DNA and RNA levels, thereby revealing the mechanism by which the microbial community can promote the growth of garlic through the study of the mechanism of action.
