Relate-inferred genealogies for 1550 Arabidopsis thaliana samples

Relate-inferred genealogies (anc/mut format) for 1550 Arabidopsis thaliana samples, chromosome 4 only. Genetic data from Durvasula et al 2017 (https://www.pnas.org/doi/abs/10.1073/pnas.1616736114), https://www.ebi.ac.uk/ena/browser/view/PRJEB44201?show=analyses. ids.txt gives the id of the samples in the order given to Relate. Snakefile documents the pipeline used to generate the genealogies. (Python 3.9.8, Snakemake 7.8.3) Warning: we imputed missing genotypes but did not supply a genomic mask when inferring the genealogies -- this has likely led to poor genealogical inference.
