Transcriptome of two different Camellia oleifera grafting combinations

To further elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying graft compatibility, samples from the healing sites of grafting Comb. 4 and Comb. 7, representing different levels of compatibility, were collected on days 0, 4, 8, 12, 22, and 32 post-grafting. These samples were used to construct mRNA libraries and conduct transcriptome sequencing.
