This list shall specify: * Official name of the organisation awarding the grant * Unique Identifier of Grant Awarder (SIRET) * Date of the agreement awarding the grant * Reference of the act giving effect to the decision to award the grant * Name of beneficiary * Unique Grant Beneficiary Identifier (SIRET) * Subject of grant awarded * Total grant amount awarded in EUR TTC, before apportionment among beneficiaries. * Nature of grant awarded * Conditions for payment of the grant * Date or period of payment * Unique reference number in the Business Aid Register * Mention of the existence of a notification to the provisions of the EU Regulation * Percentage of grant amount awarded to beneficiary Beyond the regulatory criteria, the file includes: * Deliberation date that authorises the grant * The internal reference of the convention * An advance indicator upon payment.
