Type I-E CRISPR-Cas plasmid loss data

Two zip files containing fastq files for plasmid loss data. The file "10 h cycles.zip" contains the fastq files for each of 5 growth cycles for each MS1-MS4 WT or Cas1 strain. The file "short time points.zip" contains the fastq files for each 2 hour time point within the first 10 hour growth cycle for each MS1-MS4 WT or Cas1 strain. Two replicates per strain used for data analysis are included in each zip file. Cycle 0 or control files that were used for normalization to the original library content are also included. Only R1 reads were used for the data analysis, and are included in the zip files.本数据集包含两份压缩归档文件，内含用于质粒丢失数据分析的FASTQ格式测序文件（FASTQ）。其中「10 h cycles.zip」内包含针对MS1至MS4野生型（Wild Type，WT）或Cas1菌株各5个生长周期的FASTQ测序文件；「short time points.zip」内则包含MS1至MS4野生型或Cas1菌株在首个10小时生长周期内每2小时采样时间点对应的FASTQ测序文件。每份压缩归档文件中均包含对应各菌株、用于数据分析的两个生物学重复样本，同时还附带了用于基于原始文库含量进行归一化处理的Cycle 0（对照组）测序文件。本次数据分析仅使用R1端测序读段，此类读段均已包含在上述压缩归档文件中。
