Digital Camera Movies. Version 1.0

During MethaneAIR, the NSF/NCAR HIAPER GV (Tail Number N677F) flew digital cameras for in-flight video capture. Individual photo jpeg images were captured once per second during flights. Images taken after dark have been stripped from this archive. Remaining images were converted to Quicktime movie files. The movies are h.264 codec playable with Quicktime (Mac and Windows), xine, (linux) and mplayer (many platforms). The original images are 1024x768 pixels and were recorded at 1 frame/second. The movies are set to play back at 15 fps. Digital camera movies are available only for Phase 1 of MethaneAIR (RF01 and RF02).在MethaneAIR项目执行期间，美国国家科学基金会/美国国家大气研究中心（NSF/NCAR）的HIAPER GV飞行器（尾号N677F）搭载数码相机用于机载视频采集。飞行过程中每秒采集一张JPEG格式单幅图像。本存档已剔除夜间拍摄的图像，剩余图像被转换为Quicktime影片文件。这些影片采用h.264编解码器，可通过Quicktime（适配Mac与Windows系统）、xine（适配Linux系统）以及mplayer（适配多平台）播放。原始图像分辨率为1024×768像素，采集帧率为1帧/秒，影片播放帧率设定为15 fps。本数码相机采集的影片仅可在MethaneAIR项目第一阶段（RF01与RF02任务）中获取。
