B-Plan 2-080 Kepler-Park (INSPIRE)

Inspire-compliant development plan of the city of Freiburg im Breisgau. Development plan 2-080 entered into force on 11.9.1998. A development plan contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning and is the central element of construction management planning. The setting-up community regulates where, what and how can be built. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The data is available in the INSPIRE-PLU data model and is available via OGC:WMS and predefined ATOM.符合欧盟空间信息基础设施（INSPIRE）标准的布赖斯高地区弗赖堡市开发规划。 编号2-080的开发规划于1998年9月11日正式生效。 开发规划包含城市规划领域具有法律约束力的各项规定，是建设管理规划的核心组成部分。规划制定主体明确规定了可开展建设活动的地点、建设项目类型以及实施方式。原则上，开发规划需以土地利用规划（land use plan）为基础编制。 本数据集采用INSPIRE-PLU数据模型（INSPIRE-PLU data model），可通过OGC:WMS服务与预定义的ATOM供稿格式获取。
