CRISPR-screening of genetic modifiers of AUG-driven GR DPR protein production. Library containing guide RNAs (gRNAs) targeting genes encoding 1906 potential RNA binding proteins (RBPs) and non-targeting negative control gRNAs were used. 14 days after library infection, cells were analyzed by fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) and the top 10% GFP-high and 10% GFP-low cell populations were collected for guide RNA enrichment analysis.
