Sequence data of the ITS region and the matK, rpoC1, trnL and trnH-psbA markers from Acmella paniculata

This dataset includes the ITS region sequences and several gene regions of chloroplast genomic DNA isolated from Acmella paniculata collected in Pu Mat national park, Con Cuong, Nghe An province, Vietnam. The ITS region sequence (18S ribosomal RNA gene, partial sequence; internal transcribed spacer 1, 5.8S ribosomal RNA gene, and internal transcribed spacer 2, complete sequence; and 28S ribosomal RNA gene, partial sequence) is 703 bp in length. The MatK gene region is 722 bp in length; the rpoC1 gene is 505 bp in length; The trnL marker (tRNA-Leu (trnL), partial sequence and intergenic spacer is 880bp in length; the trnH-psbA marker is 488 bp in length.
