Sequence data of the ITS region and the matK, rpoC1, trnL and trnH-psbA markers from Acmella paniculata

This dataset includes the ITS region sequences and several gene regions of chloroplast genomic DNA isolated from Acmella paniculata collected in Pu Mat national park, Con Cuong, Nghe An province, Vietnam. The ITS region sequence (18S ribosomal RNA gene, partial sequence; internal transcribed spacer 1, 5.8S ribosomal RNA gene, and internal transcribed spacer 2, complete sequence; and 28S ribosomal RNA gene, partial sequence) is 703 bp in length. The MatK gene region is 722 bp in length; the rpoC1 gene is 505 bp in length; The trnL marker (tRNA-Leu (trnL), partial sequence and intergenic spacer is 880bp in length; the trnH-psbA marker is 488 bp in length.本数据集包含采自越南义安省昆翁县普马特国家公园的圆锥花金纽扣（Acmella paniculata）的核糖体内部转录间隔区（internal transcribed spacer, ITS）序列，以及从该样本中分离得到的叶绿体基因组DNA（chloroplast genomic DNA）的若干基因区域序列。该ITS区序列涵盖18S核糖体RNA基因（ribosomal RNA gene）部分序列、完整的内部转录间隔区1、5.8S核糖体RNA基因、内部转录间隔区2以及28S核糖体RNA基因部分序列，全长703 bp。MatK基因（matK gene）区域长度为722 bp；rpoC1基因（rpoC1 gene）长度为505 bp；trnL标记（tRNA-亮氨酸（trnL））包含部分序列及基因间隔区，全长880 bp；trnH-psbA标记长度为488 bp。
