Work: targeted placement (annual data) — Metropolitan City of Florence

“Mirate Placement” means that set of technical and support tools that make it possible to adequately evaluate people with disabilities in their work capacities and to place them in the appropriate place, through job analysis, forms of support, positive actions and solutions to problems related to environments, tools and interpersonal relationships in the daily workplace and relationship. The Targeted Placement refers to start-ups related to private companies. Start-ups shall be distinguished by type of contract, by gender and by employment centre; the start-ups (no obstacles) that companies enter into in the Convention are also counted. They concern persons belonging to the protected categories, which can be hired under Law 68/99. (In 2008 all those enrolled in the targeted placement lists who were over 65 years of age were eliminated from the Work Information System). This is the data from 2006 to 2012 relating to the various types of start-ups are collected and provided directly by the Centering Service of the Province of Florence; they are not divided between the Florentine District and the Empolese Circondario, but they include the 7 main Employment Centres of the Province of Florence in addition to those of the Empolese Valdelsa Circondario."适配安置（Mirate Placement）"指一套技术与支持工具集合，可依托岗位分析、支持举措、积极行动以及针对日常职场环境、工具与人际关系相关问题的解决方案，全面评估残障人士的工作能力并将其安置于适配岗位。定向安置（Targeted Placement）指与私营企业相关的初创就业项目。此类项目需按合同类型、性别及就业中心进行分类区分；企业依据相关公约开展的无障碍初创就业项目亦纳入统计范畴。该项目的服务对象为受保护就业范畴内的人员，此类人员可依据第68/99号法律进行雇佣。（2008年，所有年龄超过65岁、登记在定向安置名单中的人员均被从就业信息系统中移除。）本数据集收录了2006年至2012年间的各类初创就业项目相关数据，数据由佛罗伦萨省就业服务中心直接提供；数据未按佛罗伦萨地区与恩波利地区进行划分，但涵盖了恩波利瓦尔德尔萨地区就业中心及佛罗伦萨省下辖的7家核心就业中心的相关信息。
