The City of Trier’s Children’s and Youth Promotion Plan serves as a basis for planning content and finances for the regulation of child and youth welfare and shows the annual funding needs in the various fields of action to secure the infrastructure. The technical and financial plan, for the implementation of the Children’s and Youth Welfare Act, aims to outline the fields of youth work, youth social work, counselling and family education, to define the future need for infrastructural offers and to contribute to further technical policy developments.
