Population; household position, country of origin, 1 January

This table provides information on the population of the Netherlands on 1 January by gender, age, household position (private and institutional households), country of origin and country of birth. CBS is moving on to a new classification of the population by origin. From now on, it is more decisive where someone was born, in addition to where one’s parents were born. The word ‘migration background’ is no longer used. The main division of Western/Non-Western is replaced by a classification based on continents and common immigration countries. This classification is gradually introduced in tables and publications with population by origin. Data available from: 2022 Status of the figures: All figures in the table are final. Amendments as of 18 October 2023: None, this is a new table. This table is the successor to the Persons table; position in household, migration background, 1 January; 1997-2023. See paragraph 3. The following changes to the discontinued table have been made: — Position in the household moved from the subjects to a separate selection. — The tab ‘Migration background’ has been replaced by ‘Herkomstland’; — The countries of origin Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Türkiye are allocated to the continent Asia (was Europe); — The tab ‘Generation’ has been replaced by ‘Country of birth’; — The individual ages now continue to ‘105 years or older’; — The five-year age groups now continue to ‘100 years or older’. When will there be new figures? For the time being, only dates from 2022 and 2023 are available in the table. The periods 1997 to 2021 will be added to the table at a later date. In the 4th quarter of 2024, the figures of the population as of 1 January 2024 will be added to this publication.本表格涵盖荷兰1月1日的人口统计信息，统计维度包含性别、年龄、家庭身份（私人家庭与机构家庭）、原籍国及出生国。 荷兰中央统计局（Central Bureau of Statistics, CBS）已启用全新的人口原籍分类标准：新分类将以个人出生地为核心判定依据，同时结合父母出生地信息进行划分；此前使用的「移民背景（migration background）」一词已不再启用，原有的「西方/非西方」二分法分类也已替换为基于大洲及主要移民国家的分类体系。该全新分类将逐步应用于人口原籍相关的各类表格与出版物中。 数据可获取时段：2022年起。 数据状态说明：本表格内所有统计数据均为最终定版数据。 2023年10月18日修订说明：无任何修订内容，本表格为全新创建的统计表单，其前身是《1月1日家庭身份、移民背景人口表（1997-2023）》，具体详见第3章节。 原停用表格的更新调整内容如下： 1. 将「家庭身份」从统计主题中剥离，设置为独立筛选维度； 2. 原「移民背景」标签已替换为「原籍国」； 3. 原归类为欧洲的亚美尼亚、阿塞拜疆、格鲁吉亚、哈萨克斯坦、吉尔吉斯斯坦、乌兹别克斯坦、塔吉克斯坦、土库曼斯坦及土耳其，现调整至亚洲大洲分类下； 4. 原「代际」标签已替换为「出生国」； 5. 单一年龄统计范围现已延伸至「105岁及以上」； 6. 五年年龄组的统计范围现已延伸至「100岁及以上」。 新增数据发布计划：目前本表格仅收录2022年与2023年的统计数据，1997年至2021年的历史数据将在后续补充更新。预计2024年第四季度，本出版物将新增2024年1月1日的人口统计数据。
