TCR Amplicon sequencing of the C57Bl/6 CD4+ splenic repertoires induced during a P. chabaudi infection

To characterise the T-cell receptor splenic repertoires generated during a P. chabaudi infection, we sequenced the splenic CD4+ T-cell receptor repertoires generated over the time-course of a blood stage infection. We used a comparative infection model of mosquito-transmitted versus serial blood-passaged parasites, to characterise elicited repertoires using both TCR amplicon sequencing and single-cell RNA-seq.
