LncRNA-seq during petal opening and senescence in Osmanthus fragrans

A healthy and disease-free O.fragrans 'Liuye Jingui' tree was selected from Huazhong Agricultural University (Wuhan, Hubei, China; East longitude 114 degrees 21 minutes, north latitude 30 degrees 29 minutes) as the experimental material. Petal tissues were collected at 10:00 AM across six developmental stages:S1 (bud stage), S2 (early flowering stage), S3 (early peak flowering stage), S4 (full bloom stage), S5 (late blooming stage), and S6 (petal abscission stage). Three biological replicates were collected at each stage. All samples were immediately frozen in liquid nitrogen and stored at -80 degrees Celsius.
