Nannochloropsis gaditana CCMP526 Transcriptome Shotgun Assembly

Nannochloropsis gaditana is an industrially relevant marine alga that is highly productive with regards to both biomass and lipids that could be used a feedstock for biofuel production. This Bioproject comprises the shotgun assembly of pooled N. gaditana transcript from cultures under conditions of plus and minus nitrate, logarithmic phase, stationary phase, heat shock, cold shock, 12h dark acclimation, and supplemental CO2.
